Trim Sizes

We can publish your book in a variety of trim sizes, large or small. Some authors prefer a very small book, while others who are publishing study guides or handbooks request a much larger trim size. Available trim sizes are 5x8, 6x9 or 8.25x11. You can also choose to have your book published in a deluxe hardcover edition.

Standard Book Sizes (Trim Size)

Standard Book Sizes Include:

· 5.5 x 8.5- Trade Paperback

· 6 x 9- Trade Paperback

· 8.5 x 11- Manual or Textbook

These smaller trade paperback formats, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"and 6” x 9”, can be printed in quantities under 500 books without costing a huge premium. We can print four 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" or 6”x 9” pages at a time (4 up) on each side of a single 11" x 17" or 12” x 18” sheets of paper. Printing a book any other size page on this standard sheet size requires an extra cutting step, plus a good deal more waste.
